| 摘 要： | 目的：研究SLE患者外周血单一核细胞（PBMC）凋亡、自身抗体、病情活动性的相互关系。方法：用吖啶橙染色法检测新鲜PBMC凋亡率;免疫印迹法检测自身抗体;按文献方法计算SLE病情活动指数（SLEDAI）。结果：SLE患者BPMC凋亡率升高,并与SLEDAI高度正相关（P＜0.01);自身抗体种类的多少与PBMC凋亡率、SLEDAI均无明显相关性（P＞0.05)。结论：SLE患者PBMC凋亡与其病情有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between apoptosis of peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC),au- toantibodies and disease activity in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE). Methods Apoptosis of PBMC and autoan- tibodies were examined by means of AO staining and immunoblotting resistively; disease activity was determined by SLE disease activity index(SLEDAI). Resuts The percentage of apoptosis of PBMC from SLE patients was higher than that of normal con- trols and significantly correlated with SLEDAI while the kinds of autoantibodies did not. Conclusion The apoptosis of PBMC correlates to the disease activity in SLE patients. |
