湖南省艾滋病抗病毒治疗死亡患者相关因素分析

目的分析湖南省艾滋病抗病毒治疗死亡患者的相关因素。方法利用国家统一使用的DataFax抗病毒治疗信息收集系统所收集的抗病毒治疗数据资料,对湖南省抗病毒治疗死亡患者的相关情况进行分析。结果2003年9月-2006年10月共有215例艾滋病患者接受治疗,其中有40例抗病毒治疗患者死亡;40例死亡病例中,37例(92.5%)死于艾滋病相关疾病,2例(5%)死亡原因不明,1例(2.5%)意外死亡;接受治疗前CD4细胞计数CD4细胞最小值为2个/μl,最大值为242个/μl,平均为45.5个/μl,并且已经有了机会性感染;从接受治疗到死亡的时间间隔最小3d,最长975d,30例(75.0%)的治疗时间小于180d。结论湖南省艾滋病抗病毒治疗患者的主要死亡原因是艾滋病相关疾病,患者开始治疗时CD4水平过低及严重的机会性感染是造成患者死亡的主要原因。

Analysis of Death Relative - factors of AIDS Patients After Free Antiretroviral Treatment in Hunan Province

Objective To explore the factors leading to death among paitients living with HIV and AIDS(PLWHA)after receiving free antiretroviral therapy.Methods The data of antiretroviral therapy over the province were collected by the Data Fax antiretroviral therapy information searching system,and the relation factors that lead to death of patients after antiretroviral therapy were analyzed.Results From Septemper,2003 to October,2006,altogether 215 AIDS patients received antiretroviral therapy;among them 40 patients died;37 of the 40 death cases died from AIDS-related disease;1 died from accident,2 died from unknown reason;CD4 count testing before treatment showed that the minimum was 2 cells/ul,the maximum was 242 cells/ul and averaged 45.5 cells/ul.Moreover,many opportunistic infections(OIs)were existed.The shortest treatment and survival interval was 3 days,the longest was 975 days,and 30 cases(75%)were less than 180 days.Conclusion The leading cause of death for the patients after treatment is AIDS-related diseases.The low CD4 level and serious OIs are the main factors related to death.
