乳核温通消口服液的制备及疗效观察

目的制备乳核温通消口服液,并探讨本品对乳腺增生病的作用机制及疗效。方法将处方中的药物按口服液制备后,用于不同年龄妇女乳腺增生病的临床治疗,并与乳癖消片作对照,进行临床对比。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论乳核温通消口服液剂型制备合理,治疗乳腺增生后期疗效满意。

Preparation and clinical observation of the Ruhewentongxiao Oral Liquid

Objective To prepare the Ruhewentongxiao oral liquid,and observe the mechanism and clinical effect of it on hyperplasia of mammary glands.Methods The oral liquid was produced by the standard of oral liquid's preparation,and it was used for the women of different age with hyperplasia of mammary glands,and the Rupixiaopian was the control drug.Results The therapeutic effect of the therapy group was better than that in the control group,the difference was significant.Conclusion The preparation of Ruhewentongxiao oral liquid is reasonable,and the clinical effect of it on the hyperplasia of mammary glands is satisfactory.
