中小型铁合金生产企业职业危害因素的识别和控制

目的了解铁合金生产工艺,对生产过程中存在的职业危害因素进行辨识,有针对性地提出控制对策措施.方法参照工业企业设计有关卫生标准,识别铁合金生产中小企业的工艺流程中可能存在的职业危害因素.结果该类企业的生产过程如原料系统、冶炼系统、辅助设施等多环节存在可能危害健康的因素.结论针对生产过程中存在的职业危害因素,提出了系统性防控措施.

Identification and control of occupational harmful factors in small and medium ferroalloy enterprise

Objective To identify underlying occupational harmful factors among the manufactural processes, so as to bring forward effective and pertinent countermeasures.Methods According to Hygienic Standards for the Design of Industrial Enterprises, an all-around recognition to harmful factors was performed in small and medium enterprises.Results There are many underlying harmful factors within craftwork processes in small and medium ferroalloy enterprises.Conclusions The paper put forward systematic preventive and control suggestions aiming at the underlying harmful factors.
