脑脊液中Aβ检测对老年期痴呆早期诊断的意义

目的　探讨脑脊液 (CSF)中 β -淀粉样蛋白 (Aβ)对老年性痴呆 (AD)的诊断价值。方法　采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)检测 54例AD患者及 30例正常对照者 (NC)脑脊液中Aβ1 - 42 浓度。结果　CSF中Aβ1 - 42 平均浓度AD组为 (336 .0 83± 1 2 0 .1 80 )ng/L ,NC组为 (556 .967± 1 31 .341 )ng/L ;AD组CSF中Aβ1 - 42 浓度均明显低于NC组 (P <0 .0 5) ;检测CSF中Aβ1 - 42 浓度诊断AD的灵敏度为 46 .2 9% ,特异性为 92 .96 %。结论　临床上检测CSF中Aβ1 - 42 浓度可作为早期诊断老年性痴呆的辅助指标

Significance of cerebrospinal fluid Aβ detect for Alzheimer's disease diagnosis in early stage

Objective It is to study the value of cerebrospina l fluid (CSF)β-amyl oid protein (Aβ) detect on diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease (AD) in early stag e. Methods The CSF Aβ 1-42 levels of 54 AD patients in AD group and 30 normal ca ses in control group were analyzed with sensitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent a ssays (ELISA). Results The mean levels of CSF Aβ 1-42 in AD group and cont rol group respectively were (336.083±120.180)ng/L and (556.967±131.341)ng/L. T he CSF Aβ 1- 42 level in AD group significantly lower than that in control group ( P <0.0 5). Th e sensitivity and specificity of AD diagnosis respectively were 46.29% and 92.96 %. Conclusion The AβCSF 1-42 is a clinical diagnostic mark er of AD in early stage.
