磁共振成像对出血性腔隙综合征的诊断价值

目的探讨头颅MRI检查在出血性腔隙综合征诊断中的价值。方法对17例临床诊断为出血性腔隙综合征患者的临床及MRI资料作回顾性分析。结果17例患者发病时症状轻微,体检未发现新的体征,部分病例发病后行头颅CT检查未见异常,均经头颅MRI证实为单发或多发,直径为0.2~15 mm的圆形或类圆形出血灶,病灶周围无明显水肿,无脑室受压及中线结构移位现象。结论出血性腔隙综合征患者临床表现隐匿,MRI检查对于该病的诊断具有重要意义。

The value of MRI imaging in diagnosing lacunar syndrome due to small intracerebral hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the value of MRI in diagnosing lacunar syndrome due to small intracerebral hemorrhage.Method Seventeen cases of hemorrhagic lacunar syndrome(including clinical and MRI imaging results) in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results The symptoms of the 17 patients were mild and no new sign was found by the nervous system examination.Some cases did not show abnormality on CT imaging.The MRI imaging mainly showed circular or quasi-circular bleeding foci of 0.2～15 mm in diameter,and there was no obvious edema surrounding the lesions.The ventricles were not pressed and the midline structures were not shifted.Conclusion Most patients with hemorrhagic lacunar syndrome are clinically silent,and the MRI imaging examination has important value in diagnosis of it.
