外科监护室病人深部真菌感染危险因素及处理对策

目的　分析外科监护室病人合并深部真菌感染的危险因素 ,及所采取的治疗措施是否降低了真菌的发生率 ,以指导今后的临床工作。方法　收集 1998年 4月— 2 0 0 3年 3月 3 66例感染病人 5 9例深部真菌感染的病人资料 ,统计真菌逐年发生率、菌种类型、可能的危险因素及处理对策进行回顾性分析。结果　各种侵袭性操作、机体免疫功能低下、年龄大、预防性使用抗生素等因素均可增加病人真菌感染的危险性 ,采用针对性的综合性治疗可能降低真菌感染的发生率。结论　避免盲目使用广谱抗生素等导致深部真菌感染的危险因素 ,加强全身的综合性治疗 ,是降低真菌感染的发生率的有效措施

Risk factors of deep fungal infection in surgical intensive care unit and its management

Objective To analysis the risk factors of fungal infection in surgical intensive care unit(SICU) and whether a series of measures can decrease the incidence of deep fungal infection,for guiding the clinic works afterward.Methods 59 patients with deep fungal infection out of 366 infective cases, which occurred from April,1998 to Marth, 2003, A retrospective analysis on the annual fungal infection ratio? type of fungus separated and its risk factors were made,and the measures to reduce its incidence were also discussed.Results Risk factors include the invasive diagnosis and treatment,decrease of immune function, ageing,prophylaxisly antibiotic using etc.The integrated measures with pertinency may lower down the incidence of deep fungal inection.Conclusions The effective methods to reduce the posibility of deep fungal infection are avoiding the risk factors such as prophylaxisly wide-spectrum antibiotic using blindly etc,as well as the integrated system's treatments.
