眶颅沟通瘤的外科治疗附15例报告

目的：探讨眶颅沟通瘤的外科治疗方法。方法：采用２种手术径路，即：额眶联合径路、经眶径路。结果：１５例眶颅沟通瘤，良性６例，术后随访半年至８年存活；恶性９例，１例术后半年死于肿瘤转移，１例术后３年失访，其余７例随访半年至５年存活。结论：眶颅沟通瘤以外科治疗为主，以上手术径路适用于眶颅沟通瘤的外科治疗。

SURGERY FOR ORBITOCRANIAL TUMOR (A REPORT OF 15 CASES)

Objective:To find out a desirable approach through which orbitocranial tumor can be resected more effectively.Methods: Results of operative treatment in 15 cases of orbitocranial tumor were reported.In 5 cases,orbitocranial tumor was resected by combined fronto-orbital approach,and 9 cases by transorbital approach.Results: Of the 15 cases of orbitocranial tumor,6 were benign and 9 were malignant.The 6 patients with benign tumor were followed up from 6 months to 8 years and they were all alive.The 9 patients with malignant tumor were followed up from 6 months to 5 years; 1 case died of metastasis,1 case failed to be contacted,and 7 cases alive showed satisfatory results.Conclusion:The above mentioned operative approaches offer some advantages in surgical treatment of orbitocranial tumor.
