苏北地区社区居民艾滋病知识态度状况调查

目的了解苏北地区社区居民艾滋病相关知识、对艾滋病人的态度、获取知识的途径等状况,为有针对性的开展社区艾滋病防治宣传教育奠定基础。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,在苏北地区徐州市及周边等7地的社区开展问卷调查。结果社区居民艾滋病总知晓率为91.0%。社区居民对艾滋病的三大传播途径,性传播、血液传播和母婴传播的认知正确率分别为81.2%、79.6%和75.3%,对非传播途径的认知率不高。对艾滋病人的恐惧仍然是最主要的态度问题。社区居民最喜欢的学习方式是观看录像、宣传资料和专家讲座。电视仍然是社区居民获取艾滋病预防知识的第一媒体,网络逐渐成为年轻人的主流媒体。结论苏北地区社区居民艾滋病知晓率高,但对艾滋病的认知水平有待提高,态度需进一步扭转。

An investigation on knowledge and attitude about HIV/AIDS among the community residents of north Jiangsu Province

Objective To investigate the knowledge, attitude and the route of acquiring knowledge about HIV/ AIDS among community residents in north Jiangsu Province, adjust the accurate prevention strategy. Methods A questionnaire was conducted in a community which was selected by stratified randomly cluster sampling from 7 cities around Xuzhou City. Results The general awareness rate about HIV/AIDS was 91.0%. Each awareness rate of three HIV/ AIDS transmission route, sex, blood and mother-to-child transmission was 81.2%, 79.6%and 75.3%, respectively. Awareness rate of non-transmission was very low. Fear to people living with HIV/AIDS was still the mosdy problem of attitude. The community residents mosdy preferred watching video, reading propaganda materials, and listening to lectures to other ways in learning HIV/AIDS knowledge. Television was still the first media in learning HIV/AIDS knowledge. The network had gradually become the main media for young people. Conclusion The general awareness rate of AIDS among community residents in north Jiangsu Province was very high. However, the score of HIV/AIDS knowledge needs to be raised, and the attitude needs to be progressed.
