腮腺Warthin瘤的CT表现

目的探讨腮腺Warthin瘤的CT影像表现,以提高本病的诊断水平。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的15例腮腺Warthin瘤患者的临床及CT表现,15例中男14例,女1例,年龄48~76岁,观察病灶的部位、数目、大小、形态、边界、密度、强化特征以及与周围血管的关系。结果共发现23个病灶,多发6例;病灶直径0.5~4.3 cm;位于浅叶后下部者20个;呈椭圆形11个,类圆形9个;边界清楚22个;增强扫描有坏死囊变者16个,动脉期病灶实性部分明显强化14个,静脉期均迅速廓清;18个病灶可见包绕血管或贴边血管征。结论腮腺Warthin瘤的CT影像表现具有一定特征,结合临床特点有助于作出定性诊断。

CT manifestations of warthin tumor in parotid gland

Objective ] To study the CT performance characteristics of parotid Warthin tumor, Raise the level of the diagnosis of this disease. Methods ] Retrospective analysis of operation pathology 15 cases of warthin tumors for clinical and CT manifestations,to observe the parts,number,the lesion size,shape and boundary, density and strengthening characteristics. Methods ] Among the 15 cases,14 are of male cases,the age ranged from 48 to 76 years old.23 lesions were found,of which there are 6 multiple cases. With the diameter of 0.5-4.3 cm.There are 20 are located in the shallow leaves of the bottom.The oval and round lesions are 11 and 9 respectively. There are 22 lesions of distinct borders,16 uneven necrosis lesions of strengthened scanning density,14 are obviously strengthened in the solid lesions, The density was decreased in vein phase.There are 18 visible lesions in the bag around the blood vessels or lesions in the edge of the blood vessels for the havoc. Conclusion ] The CT manifestations of parotid Warthin tumor has certain characteristics,combined with clinical features can contribute to make a qualitative diagnosis.
