关节镜冲洗治疗膝关节感染30例

目的探讨关节镜清理术治疗膝关节感染。方法膝关节感染在大关节细菌性关节炎中最常见。本手术方法为使用关节镜彻底清理关节腔后,水泵系统持续冲洗关节腔,直至注射液清亮,通过关节镜套管插入负压吸引管,持续引流。结果 30例患者术后随访7~12个月,平均随访10个月,28例治愈,1例复发,1例迁延难愈。2例患者患肢畸形,2例患者活动受限。对治愈患者Lysholm评分术前（15.2±18.3）分平均16.4分,术后（80.5±89.6）分平均84.7分。未治愈及复发患者评分不佳。根据IKDC评分标准,25例患者（83.3%）评级正常,3例患者（10.0%）接近正常,2例患者（6.7%）异常。结论关节镜行清理术治疗膝关节感染,治疗有效,最大限度减少膝关节感染的并发症,值得进一步推广。

Arthroscopic irrigation in the treatment of 30 cases with knee infection

Conclusion ] Arthroscopic exert cleanup continued after infected knee joint irrigation treatment, integrated traditional puncture and arthrotomy of the advantages of avoiding their shortcomings, much earlier range of motion exercises and rehabilitation exercise time to minimize the complications of knee joint infection, it is worthy of clinical use.
