我国鼠疫菌抗链霉素基因的监测

摘    要:目的了解全国鼠疫菌分离株是否存在抗链霉素基因。方法根据Guiyoule等人在EMBL公布的抗链霉素相关基因,设计2对引物,对271株代表性鼠疫菌进行PCR扩增。结果实验用271株代表性菌株中尚未发现有鼠疫菌抗链霉素基因。结论目前在所实验的271株菌株还未发现鼠疫菌耐链霉素菌株。

Abstract:Objective To explore whether anti-streptomycin gene of Yersiniapestis(Y.pestis) exists in China. Methods According to the anti-streptomycin gene published by Guiyoule et al in EMBL, two pairs of specific primers were designed to amplify 271 strains of Y.pestis using polymerase chain reaction. Results No anti-streptomycin gene was found in 271 representative strains. Conclusions Anti-streptomycin gene of Y.pestis has not been found in representative 271 strains so far.
