从SPECT质量控制各测试项目的意义出发,分析讨论了SPECT主要测试项目的必要性及其频率,有些指标相对稳定或无法校正,可不做日常测试,有些指标比较灵敏加固有均匀性和旋转中心漂移,它们对SPECT成像质量有重要影响,且这些指标测试简单且可以进行校正,所以应进行经常性测试,本文通过讨论提出了简化SPECT质量控制测试项目的建议,这样便于更好的进行SPECT质量控制管理工作,使用户能够在较短的时间内通过少量的测试及校正来保证SPECT的成像质量.

Management of SPECT Quality Control

In order to proceed from the significance of SPECT quality control test items,the necessity and frequency of main test items are discussed. Some indexes are stable or cannot be corrected. So it is unnecessary to do the routine test. Some indexes are sensitive such as Intrinsic Uniformity and Centre of Rotation Offset. They are important for SPECT image. These tests can simply do and can be corrected. So it ought to do it routinely. This paper puts forward a proposal of simplifying SPECT quality control test items. So, users can guarantee the quality of SPECT image by doing a few tests and correcting.
