非鼻咽癌的鼻咽部肿瘤的病理分型与CT

分析非鼻咽癌的鼻咽肿瘤的ＣＴ征象。方法：选取２６例非鼻咽癌的鼻咽肿瘤，分析肿块形态，向咽旁侵犯情况及颅底骨之破坏特点，结果：不同的组织学类型，其发病年龄，肿瘤的生长方式。向咽旁侵犯情况及颅底骨质破坏特点均有所不同。

Analyses of the Signs of Computed Tomography in Patients with Nasopharyngeal Neoplasm(non - Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma)

Objective: This study was conducted to analyse the signs of computer tomography in patients with nasopharyngeal neoplsam(non - nasopharyngeal carcinoma) . Methods: twenty six cases with diagnosed non -nasopharyngeal carcinoma, including benign and malignant tumor were reviewed. The form of tumor in the nasopharynx and the features of paranasopharyngeal involvement and skull base bone erosion were analysed. Results: The tumor with different pathalogical types had different age of incidence, patterns of tumor growth, features of paranasophryageal extension and skull base bone erosion. Conclusions: The benign tumors mostly had some features with younger age of incidence, extensively growing patterns of tumor , pressingly narrowed signs of paranasopharyngeal space and no skull base bone destruction or having some special destructive signs. The malignant tumor, however, showed mostly extensively growing features, and easy invasion to paranasopharyngeal space and skull base bone.
