新桂社区619例糖尿病患者遵医行为调查分析

目的了解社区糖尿病患者对医嘱的执行情况和发现不遵照医嘱的原因。方法用自行设计的问卷,对顺德市新桂区内已确诊的619例糖尿病患者进行问卷调查。结果社区糖尿病患者对糖尿病知识知晓率低,对非药物治疗措施重视不够,按医嘱服药率和血糖控制率均很低,男女患者各占21.32%和11.95%,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。不能坚持治疗的患者中,担心药物副作用者占80%以上,70%以上认为不需要长期治疗和不愿意长期服药。有46.82%不坚持治疗的病人是因为医疗费用高,女性比男性更为明显(P<0.01)。结论影响糖尿病遵医行为的因素是多种多样,应针对患者的具体情况采取个性化干预,以帮助患者提高医嘱遵照率。

Survey and analysis of the behavior of 619 diabetic patients in following medical advice in the community

Objective To understand the behavior of diabetic patients in following medical advice in the community and the associated influential factors. Methods Questionaire survey of diabetic patients in Shunde District was conducted. Results Diabetic patient's awareness rate of diabetes knowledge was low, and not pay much attention to non-drug therapy, the drug-taking rates in following the doctor's advice and the diabetes control rates in male and female patients accounted for 21.32% and 11.95%, respectively, showing significant difference(P<0.01). Among those who could not persist in having medical treatment, over 80% of them worried about the side -effect, over 70% of them were either reluctantly to take medical treatment for a long period or considered that it was unnecessary, and 46.82% of the patients complained that the medical charge was high, especially to the female patient's. Conclusion There are various of factors that influence diabetic patient's behavior of following medical advice. Individual intervention be carried out according to each patient's condition so as to enhance rate of diabetic patients in following medical advice.
