化学发光免疫与放射免疫测定甲状腺激素的结果

目的比较化学发光免疫（Chemiluminescence Immunoassay，CLIA）与放射免疫分析法（Radioimmunoassay，RIA）测定血清甲状腺激素的结果。方法选择2008年2～3月黄石市第二医院门诊健康体检者30名、甲状腺功能亢进（甲亢）病人43例、甲状腺功能减退（甲减）病人11例。分别采用CLIA与RIA法检测血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸（F13）、游离甲状腺素（FT4）、促甲状腺激素（TSH）。并对两法进行比较。结果①从总体而言，CLIA与RIA检测甲状腺激素相关性很好（T〉0．96）；②两法检测FT4有差异，RIA法检测结果高于CLIA法。结论两种分析技术检测甲状腺激素都具有较高准确性。

Comparison of results of detection of thyroid hormoes with chemiluminescnence immnoassay and raidioimmunoas say

Objective To compare the serum concentrations of thyroid hormones determined by chemiluminescence immunoassay(CLIA) and Radioimmunoassay(RIA).Methods From February to March in 2008,43 patients with hyperthyroidism and 11 patients with hypothyroidism and 30 health subjects were detected.The levels of serum free Triiodothyronine(FT3) and free Thyroxine(FT4) with thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH) were measured by CLIA and RIA methods respectively.And the correlation of both methods was compared.Results Gener ally the levels of serum concentrations of FT3,FT4 and TSH were significantly correlated as detected by both methods and r=0.968,0.973 and 0.997,respectively.On the other hand,the level of FT4 detected by RIA was higher than that by CLIA.Conclusion CLIA and RIA can both be used as the diagnostic tool for acccurate detection thyroid hormones.
