| 摘 要： | 目的建立三妙丸中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定法。方法采用HPLC法，Gemini C18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）色谱柱，乙腈-0．05mol／L磷酸二氢钾（10％氢氧化钾溶液调pH5．0）（35：65）为流动相，检测波长246nm，流速1．0mL·min^-1；柱温：25℃。结果盐酸小檗碱分离完全，加样回收率为97．53％，RSD为0．22％。结论本法简便、快速、准确，可用于三妙丸中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Sanmiao pills.Methods HPLC was used with Gemini C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)column,Acetonitrile-potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution of 0.05mol/L(35:65,pH5.0)as mobile phase,wavelength was at 246nm and a flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1,column temperature was at 25℃.Results Berberine hydrochloride was separated completely.The mean recovery was 97.53% with RSD of 0.22%.Conclusion This method was simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Sanmiao pills. |
