河南省鲁山县改水降氟防治地氟病效果评价

为动态观察改水降氟防治效果，科学指导改水降氟工作，依据全国地方性氟中毒监测方案要求，逐年对鲁山县上汤、下汤和绰楼三个已改水病区村进行长达10年的病情调查和内外环境氟测定，结果显示儿童氟斑牙患病率呈下降趋势，与改水前相比有显性差异，但仍未降至儿童氟斑牙患病率为30％的流行标准线以下。

Evaluation of the Effect of Fluorosis Prevention by Lowering Fluoride in Drinking Water

But it wasn't below 30%, the national epidemic standard.
