| 摘 要： | CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞是具有独特免疫调节功能的T细胞亚群。近年来研究发现各种恶性肿瘤患者外周血及肿瘤环境中该细胞比例增加,去除CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞或封闭其抑制功能可以增强抗肿瘤免疫反应。CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞成为肿瘤免疫治疗的新靶点。

| Abstract: | CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T cells is a subset of T cells with specifically immunoregulatory function. Recently the increase of CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T cells in peripheral blood and tumor sites has been reported in variety of cancer patients. Depletion of CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T cells or blocking its immune inhibitory role can enhance anti-tumor effects. CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T cells has become the new target of immunotherapy for cancer. |
