驱蚊水驱蚊效果及其安全性评价

目的:评价驱蚊水的驱蚊效果及其在使用中的安全性;方法:将驱蚊水涂抹于人或小白鼠的裸露皮肤上,进行驱避效果试验判断其对人的有效保护时间,急性经口毒性试验采用一次性经口灌胃,急性皮肤刺激和眼刺激试验则直接涂药于家兔皮肤和滴药于眼结膜囊内;结果:驱蚊水对人的有效保护时间>6h;大鼠急性经口LD_(50)>5000mg/kg;对家兔皮肤平均刺激指数为0.75;急性眼刺激积分指数为6;结论:驱蚊水对蚊虫有较好的驱避作用,血且毒性低,使用安全,但对皮肤及眼有轻度刺激性。

Evaluation of the Efficacy and Security of Mosquito Repellent

Objective: Evaluate the efficacy and security of mosquito repellent. Methods: Put the repellent on the nude skin of white rats to evaluate its efficacy. Results:The protective lime to human of mosquito repellenl exceeded 6 hours, the LD50 of peroral toxicity of rodent > 5 000mg/kg, the average stimulation index to rabbit skin was 0.75, the integral index of the stimulation to rabbit eyes was 6. Conclusion: mosquito repellent has good effect to repel mosquitoes with low toxieity and high security, and it has light stimulation to skin and eyes.
