| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察局部化疗治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效及其副作用。方法 :采用经皮胸膜腔内埋置中心静脉导管 ,引流胸腔积液并注入 CDDP、5 - Fu、MMC治疗 35例恶性胸腔积液。结果 :恶性胸腔积液缓解率为 80 % ,局部化疗副作用主要为恶心、呕吐及胸痛等 ,较轻 ,经对症处理多能缓解。结论 :经皮胸膜腔内埋置中心静脉导管化疗是一种安全、有效的方法

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of regional chemotherapy in treatment of malignant pleural effusion.Methods:A new technique of central venous catheterization was used in 35 cases of malignant pleural effusion,these patients were treated with CDDP,5 Fu and MMC in pleural cavity.Results:The control rate of malignant pleural effusion was 80 % (28/35).The side effect of chest pain,nausea and vomiting were seen in some patients.It could be relieved by symptomatic treatment.Conclusion:Setting central venous catheterization in pleural cavity is a convenient safe method for treatment of malignant pleural effusion. |
