鼻内窥镜下电凝术治疗鼻出血48例分析

目的探讨鼻内窥镜下寻找鼻出血点并用双极电凝术治疗鼻出血的效果。方法在鼻内窥镜直视下寻找鼻出血点，行双极电凝术治疗鼻出血48例。结果全部患者经双极电凝止血治疗后，均痊愈出院。45例经1次电凝术后未再出血，占全部病例的93．8％。全部病例随访3～6个月无复发，无明显并发症发生。结论鼻内窥镜下双极电凝术治疗鼻出血，具有诊断准确、治疗方便、效果好等优点。

Treatment of Epistaxis with Electric Coagulation by Endoscope: An Analysis of 48 Cases

Objective To investigate the effect of seeking nose bleeder under nasal sinus endoscope（NSES）and bi-pola electric coagulation in treatmerit of epistaxis. Methods The 48 cases of patients with persistent epistaxis were sought under NSES and then treated by hi-polar electric coagulation. Results All paients were cured and left the hospital after treatment by the bi-polar electric coagulation. After one time operation, 45 cases had no breeding, covering 93.8% of the total. The 3 - 6 months follow-up survey was made on all cases and no recurrence and complications occurred. Conclusion It is accurate in diagnosis, convenient in treatment and good in effect for the patients with the epistaxis to be sought under NSES and to be treated with bi-polar electric coagulation.
