放射性肠炎并发肠梗阻的外科治疗

目的总结放射性肠炎并发肠梗阻的外科治疗的方法与疗效。方法回顾分析16例放射性肠炎并发肠梗阻患者的临床资料，采取手术治疗。结果结果显示，捷径术手术简单，并发症少。但旷置肠袢的遗留症状较明显，肠切除一期吻合术改善症状好而吻合口瘘发生率较高。结论结果表明，盆腔放疗术后并发肠梗阻的患者在保守治疗无效时应积极手术，手术方式应尽量行肠切除一期吻合术，如果实在粘连严重行捷径术也是一种不得已而为之的手术方式。

Objective To summary radioactive enteritis concurrent intestinal obstruction surgical treatment method and curative effect.Methods The review analyzes 16 examples radioactive enteritis concurrent intestinal obstruction patient's clinical material,adopts the surgery to treat.Results The result showed that the bypass operation surgery is simple,the complication are few.But spacious sets at the intestines pan carry-over symptom to be obvious.the intestines excise an issue of anastomosis improvement symptom to kiss the heal fistula formation rate well to be high.Conclusion The result indicated that after pelvic cavity radiotherapy technique,the concurrent intestinal obstruction's patient when the conservative treatment is invalid should the positive surgery,the surgery way be supposed as far as possible good intestines to excise an issue of anastomosis,if the solid adhesion strict afresh bypass operation is also one kind has to,but for it surgery way.
