| 摘 要： | 目的评价不横断颈前肌群行甲状腺大部切除术在临床应用中的优缺点。方法回顾性分析192例采用不横断颈前肌群与168例采用横断颈前肌群行甲状腺大部切除术病人作对比分析。结果不横断颈前肌群病人有手术创伤少，手术时间短，术后恢复快，引流血量少，不适症状少，局部美观等优点。结论不横断颈前肌群比横断颈前肌群的损伤小，术后不适症状明显减少，是良性甲状腺疾病行甲状腺大部切除的一种较为适合的手术方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the clinical outcome of subtotal thyroidectomy by an approach without transection of anterior cervical muscle group. Methods: 192 patients who underwent subtotal thyroidectomy by an approach without transection of anterior cervical muscle group were retrospectively analyzed. The advantages of this technique were compared with that in 168 cases with transection of anterior cervical muscle group. Results: The technique resulted in benefits for patients with minor wound, shorter time to take for the operation, quicker recovery, less blood loss, and better eosmetic. Conclusion: Subtotal thyroidectomy by an approach without transection of anterior cervical muscle group is applicable for the surgical management of benign thyroid diseases. |
