软性角膜接触镜相关性表层点状角膜上皮病变临床分析与防治探讨

目的：对于软性角膜接触镜相关性表层点卷入 角膜上皮病变（ＳＣＬＩ－Ｒ－ＳＰＫ）进行临床分析，探讨防治措施。方法：对于２０２８例ＳＣＬ配戴者的验配进行回顾性研究，对于１６８例ＳＣＬ－Ｒ－ＳＰＫ患者进行临床分析，探讨防治措施。结果：ＳＣＬ－Ｒ－ＳＰＫ发生率为８．２８％。位于睑裂部者占８０．９５％，发生率为６．７１％。弥漫型者占１５．４８％，发生率为１．２８％。４．１７％配适偏紧，但有５５．２０％未再复

Superficial punctate keratopathy associated with soft contact lens wear:clinical analysis and exploration

Objective:To evaluate the relationship between the soft contact lens and superficial punctate keratopathy(SCL R SPK) and explore the management measures.Methods:A retrospective survey was conducted to the features of 168 cases from the 2028 SCL R SPK cases.Results:The incidence of SCL R SPK was 8 28%.80 95% was confined to the palpebral fissure area or the inferior area,and 15 48% was in a diffused pattern.4 17% showed a reason of tight fixation,but 55 20% were because of the less optimal lens base curves.86 90% were asymptom.70 24% had at least one follow up examination.36 90% of them continued wearing after proper management,31 55% made no further follow ups,and 1 79% stopped wearing.Conclusions:The incidence of SCL R SPK was pretty high.Its possible causes are instability of the corneal tear film.It is important to explore new contact lens materials with higher water preserving properties,and stronger SCL caring solutins effect.If strengthening SCL practising management,fitting properly,caring carefully,making regular follow ups,and replacing SCL on time,the incidence of SCL R SPK could be reduced effectively.If the cause was solved,SCL R SPK recovered rapidly.
