| 摘 要： | 目的探讨活体肝移植术前供体右半肝体积评估方法。方法研究2006年10月至2007年9月我院所实施的55例活体肝移植手术,供体的术中实测右半肝体积与CT测量右半肝体积以及标准右半肝体积的差异性。并将三者体积分别进行显著性检验。结果应用日本标准肝体积计算公式较德国以及美国标准肝体积计算公式更为接近术中实际右半肝体积。CT测量右半肝体积和标准右半肝体积与术中实测右半肝体积均无明显差异性(P>0.05)。结论结合影像学测量结果(CT)和标准肝体积公式的结果,能够客观评估活体肝移植供体的右半肝体积。

| Abstract: | Objective To overcome the shortage of available cadaveric livers.How to evaluate donor's right graft volume before LDLT becomes more important than before.Methods Fifty-five cases of adult right lobe living donor liver transplantation were performed from October 2006 to September 2007,the clinical and follow-up data was analyzed.Results There are no statistics difference among right graft volume from computed tomography(CT),standard right graft volume and real right graft volume in LDLT(P>0.05).Conclusion Combine the radiologic imaging outcomes(CT) and the standard liver volume can evaluate the donor's right graft volume before living donor liver transplantation. |
