Tei指数评价尿毒症患者左心功能的应用研究

目的探讨Tei指数评价尿毒症患者左心功能的应用价值。方法对38例尿毒症患者(A组)和29例正常对照组(B组)行左心结构和功能检测,并测量左心Tei指数。结果左心结构指标A组大于B组。收缩功能指标两组无显著差异。舒张功能指标二尖瓣血流峰速MVE、肺静脉血流峰速S、左室等容舒张时间(IRT)A组较B组增大,E/A较B组减小。MVE减速时间(MVEDT)、肺静脉血流峰速D、S/D两组无显著性差异。左心Tei指数A组较B组增大,并与IRT呈正相关,与MVE、左室射血时间(LVET)呈负相关。结论Tei指数能够简便、有效、综合地评价尿毒症患者左心功能。

Tei Index Assess Left Ventricular Function for Patients with Uremia

Objective To investigate the applied value of Tei index in estimating left ventricular function for patients with uremia.Methods The left ventricular structure and function of 38 patients with uremia (group A) and 29 normal persons (group B) were measured,their left ventricular Tei index were calculated.Results Left ventricular structure parameters of group A were all bigger than those of group B.There were no distinct difference in systolic function parameters of two groups.Diastolic function parameters including MVE at mitral orifice,S of pulmonary venous flow and isovolumic relaxation time(IRT) in group A were bigger than that of group B.E/A in group A were smaller than in group B.Two groups were no difference in MVE deceleration time (MVEDT),D of pulmonary venous flow and S/D.Left ventricular Tei index in group A was bigger than that of group B,had positive relative with IRT,and negative relative with MVE and left ventricular ejection time (LVET).Conclusions Tei index can simply,effectively,synthetically assess left ventricular total function in uremia patients.
