| 摘 要： | 在临床工作中,脊髓缺血性血管病相对于缺血性脑血管病少见,但由于脊髓血管分布的自身特点,缺血的病因学、发病机制和病理学改变复杂多样,临床诊断比较困难,且预后不佳,因此早期诊断和治疗至关重要,需要引起足够的重视。

| Abstract: | Obstruction of the blood supply of the spinal cord,and the consequent ischemic injury to the cord,is rela- tively rare compared with occlusive intracranial vascular disease.Not only the vasculature of the spinal cord varies considerably from that of the brain,but also the etiology,pathogenesis and pathology of ischemic myelopathy are greatly different from their cerebral counterparts.What's worse,the prognosis of ischemic myelopathy is usually poor.Thus,people should never trifle with this uncommon but malignant disease, |
