| 摘 要： | 目的探讨术前访视对开胸手术患者的效果。方法按入院日期单双号将120例患者随机分为术前访视组63例,常规组57例,从患者术后焦虑程度、遵医行为,对护理工作满意度等指标进行比较。结果术前访视组术后焦虑值明显低于常规组(P<0.01),遵医行为优于常规组(P<0.01),对护理工作满意度高于常规组(P<0.01)。结论术前访视可减轻患者焦虑程度,提高遵医行为,融洽护患关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of preoperative visits on patients receiving ope n thoracic surgery.Methods120patients were divided into two groups randomly:preo perative visit group(n=63)and the routine nursing group(n=57).The levels of anxi ety,the medical compliant behaviors and the satisfaction with nursing service we re evaluated and compared.Res ults The levels of anxiety in the preoperative vis it group were significantly lower than those in the routine nursing group(P<0.01 )but the medical compliant behaviors and the satisfaction with nursing service w ere better(P<0.01).Conclus ion Preoperative visit can reduce the anxiety,promote medical compliant behaviors of patients and thus promote the relation between n urses and patients. |
