| 摘 要： | 用立体学测量技术研究了5例小儿亚急型克山病心肌的超微结构。研究结果是,亚急型克山病单位容积肌细胞中线粒体容积明显增大;单位容积肌细胞中肌原纤维容积明显减少;线粒体与肌原纤维的容积比例增大;线粒体断面的平均面积增大。这些结果首次从定量方面证明了克山病心肌的定性电镜观察,为分析本病的发病机理提供定量形态学资料。

| Abstract: | The myocardial cell components of 5 children with subacute Keshan disease and 3 control hearts obtained at necropsy were analysed with ultrastructural stereological techniques. The results showed that in the disease group, (1) the mitochondrial volume per unit cell volume increased significantly, (2) the myofibrillar volume per unit cell volume decreased; (3) the volume ratio between mitochondrium and myofibrill increased markedly; and(4) the average mitochondrial profile area was larger than that in the control group.The stereological study results confirm the previous qualitative ultrastructural observations and provide quantitative data for analysing the pathogenesis of Keshan disease. |
