植物甾醇酯对血脂异常患者血脂调节作用的临床观察研究

摘    要:目的研究植物甾醇酯对血脂异常患者的辅助调节血脂作用。方法选取100名血脂异常的患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,采用双盲法,干预组每人每日服用含1.35g植物甾醇酯的奶粉,对照组服用安慰剂,试食期为48d,试验前后分别检测受试对象血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血常规及血生化等安全性指标。结果试食后,干预组TC和LDL-C水平明显下降,下降率分别为8.4%和7.8%,自身前后比较及与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组的TG、HDL-C水平无明显变化,且与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试食期间,受试人员除血脂以外的各主要生理指标均无明显改变。结论植物甾醇酯对血脂异常患者具有辅助降TC和LDL-C的作用。

Clinical Trial on Efficacy of Phytosterol Esters in Regulation of Blood Lipid in Patients with Dyslipidemia

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of phytosterol esters on lowering serum lipid in patients with dyslipidemia. Methods Totally 100 dyslipidemia patients were randomly divided into test group and control group. Double-blind research method was enrolled in this study. All participants in each group were orally administered with phytosterol esters milk powder and placebo for 48 days. Befbre and after the study, serum total cholesterol (TC) , triglyeeride (TG) , high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), blood routine test, blood biochemistry test and other indicators were detected. Results After the study, the levels of TC and LDL-C in test group decreased significantly, and the decreasing rates of them were 8.4% and 7.8% , respectively. There were also statistically significant differences in the levels ofTC and LDL-C between two groups ( P 〉 0.05). There were no significant differences in the level of TG and HDL-C between two groups (P 〉 0.05). During the study period, other indicators' changing were not found. Conclusion The effects of Phytosterol esters in lowering TC and LDL-C were found in dyslipidemia patients.
