吡柔比星不同剂量组治疗急性白血病疗效比较

目的观察不同剂量的吡柔比星联合化疗方案治疗初治急性白血病的疗效.方法设治疗组（THP 60 mg连用3 d）和对照组（THP 40 mg连用3 d）,治疗组46例,对照组40例.结果治疗组完全缓解率76.1%,对照组完全缓解率55.0%（P＜0.05）,治疗组Ⅳ度骨髓抑制率82.6%,高于对照组（57.5%,P＜0.05）,心肝肾等毒副反应差异无显著性（P＞0.05）.结论吡柔比星60 mg连用3 d联合化疗方案更有利于急性白血病的诱导治疗.

Comparision of efficacy of different THP doses for the therapy of acute leukemia

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of different dose of Pirarubicin(THP)- based combined chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with newly diagnosed acute leukemia. Methods All the patients were divided into the treatment group(46 cases) and control group(40cases). The treatment group were treated with THP at a dose of 60 mg daily for 3 days,whereas the control group received THP 40 mg daily for 3 days. Results The complete remission(CR) rate was 76.1 % in the treatment group and 55.0 % in the control group (P <0.05). The rate of grade IV bone marrow suppression was higher in the treatment group than that in the control group (82.6 % vs 57.5 %, P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the toxicity between these two groups(P >0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of combined chemotherapy with THP 60 mg per day for 3 days is much better than that of regimen with THP 40 mg/d for 3 days for the treatment of acute leukemia.
