《杭州市公共场所控制吸烟条例》实施对吸烟行为影响情况电话调查

目的：了解《杭州市公共场所控制吸烟条例》实施后的控烟效果及对吸烟行为产生的影响，为进一步制订干预策略提供依据。方法：采用Mitofsky--Waksberg二阶段抽样方法，电话调查杭州市2010年以来有吸烟史的15岁以上市民的吸烟行为及其变化情况。结果：杭州市民吸烟率为35．8％，吸烟者戒烟率为13．8％；2010年条例实施后，无人因控烟条例实施而戒烟，吸烟量减少者中有9．5％的吸烟者因为条例实施而减少吸烟；有42．9％的吸烟者因为条例实施而改变吸烟地点。结论：《杭州市公共场所控制吸烟条例》实施一年以来对吸烟者戒烟无影响，但对吸烟量和吸烟场所有影响。相关部门要加强对该条例以及戒烟知识的宣传普及和执行力度。

Smoking--related behavior and relative risk factor after the execution of Regulation on Smoking Control in Public Places in Hangzhou City

Objective To know about smoking--related behavior and relative risk factor after the execution of Regu- lation on Smoking Control in Public Places in Hangzhou City, and to provide evidence for prevention and intervention of smoking. Methods We used a two-- stage Mitofsky-- Waksberg telephone survey to investigate the smoking-- related behavior of Hangzhou citizens （over 15--year old） who had the history of smoking since 2010. Results The prevalence of smoking and smoking cessation of Hangzhou citizens was 35.8 ~//00 and 13.8 M, respectively. Nobody gave up smoking because of this regulation, but 9. 50//00 of smokers had reduced the amount of cigarette and 42. 9~ of smokers had changed their place of smoking because of this regulation. Conclusions Even been executed for 1 year, Regulation on Smoking Control in Public Places in Hangzhou City has little impact on Hangzhou citizens for smoking cessation,but has impact on amount of cigarette smoking and place of cigarette smoking. The department concerned should make more effort on the execution of this regulation and smoking cessation.
