阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者心室重构及冠状动脉血流的影响

目的探讨阿托伐他汀对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)患者心室重构及冠状动脉血流的影响。方法选择2010年1月至2013年4月湖北中医药大学附属襄阳市中医医院收治的108例冠心病患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为辛伐他汀组(52例)和阿托伐他汀组(56例),观察两组患者治疗前后心室重构指标及冠状动脉血流指标的变化。结果治疗6个月后,两组患者收缩期峰流速、舒张期峰流速、时间速度积分、冠状动脉血流储备均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且阿托伐他汀组各指标均优于辛伐他汀组(P<0.05);治疗6个月后,两组左心室舒张末期内径、左心室收缩末期内径、左心室舒张内径、左心室后壁厚度均小于治疗前(P<0.05),且阿托伐他汀组各指标均优于辛伐他汀组(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者心室重构及冠状动脉血流的影响显著,可有效提高冠状动脉血流量,恢复心室正常形态,推荐冠心病患者常规应用。

Study on the Effect of Atorvastatin on Ventricular Remodeling and Coronary Flow in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To explore the effect of atorvastatin on ventricular remodeling and coronary artery blood flow in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 108 cases of patients with coronary heart disease admitted in Xiangyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Hubei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Jan.2010 to Apr.2013 were selected as the object of study,and randomly divided into simvastatin group（52 cases）and atorvastatin group（56 cases）,changes of the ventricular remodeling indexes and coronary flow indexes of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results After 6 months of treatment,indexes of systolic peak flow velocity,diastolic peak flow velocity,time velocity integral,coronary flow reserve of the two groups were higher than those before treatment（P 〈 0.05）,and the indicators of atorvastatin group were better than simvastatin group（P 〈 0.05） ;after 6 months of treatment,the left ventricular end diastolic diameter,left ventricular end systolic diameter,left ventricular end diastolic volume index,and left ventricular posterior wall thickness were less than those before treatment（P 〈 0.05）,and the indicators of atorvastatin group were better than simvastatin group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Effect of atorvastatin on ventricular remodeling and coronary artery blood flow in patients with coronary heart disease is significant,including effectively improving the coronary arterial blood flow,recovering the normal form of ventricle,therefore,atorvastatin is recommended to patients with coronary heart disease for routine applications.
