西医常规治疗配合中医辨证方法治疗短暂性脑缺血发作疗效评价

目的：探讨西医常规治疗配合中医辨证方法治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的临床疗效.方法：将48例短暂性脑缺血患者随机分为观察组（西医常规治疗配合中医辨证治疗方法）与对照组（西医常规治疗）,所有患者治疗后按文中观察指标进行统计并比较.结果：观察组显效12例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率（显效者与有效者之和）为91.7％,明显优于对照组（62.5％）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：西医常规治疗配合中医辨证方法治疗短暂性脑缺血有满意疗效,值得临床推广应用.

Routine Treatment of Western Medicine Combined with TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Transient Cerebral Ischemia Attack Effect Evaluation

Objective： To investigate the routine treatment of Western medicine combined with syndrome differentiation of tradition- al Chinese medicine treatment of the clinical effect of transient ischemie attack. Methods： retrospective in transient ischemic attack patients treated in our hospital 48 cases, were randomly divided into the observation group and control group （routine treatment） of two groups, all patients treated according to the observation indicators statistical and comparative differences. Results：the patients in the observation group treatment results for 12 cases were cured, 10 cases were effective, 2 cases ineffective, the total efficiency （better and effective and） is 91.7 %, the data significantly better than the control group the statistical results, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.
