普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗小儿急性喉炎89例临床疗效观察

目的：研究普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗小儿急性喉炎的临床疗效.方法：选择急性喉炎患儿178例为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组89例,对照组患儿予以地塞米松雾化吸入治疗,研究组患儿予以普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗,分析记录两组患儿的临床疗效、症状缓解时间、不良反应情况.结果：研究组患儿临床治疗的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组患儿吸气性喉鸣、犬吠样咳嗽和声嘶等症状缓解时间均短于对照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患儿均无明显不良反应发生.结论：普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗小儿急性喉炎起效快,不良反应少,具有一定的临床价值,值得推广应用.

Conclusion：in children with infantile acute laryngitis to Mick to shu atomization inhalation therapy, working time is short, and less adverse reaction, it has certain clinical application value.
