摘    要:目的:建立三七粉的近红外光谱技术判别模型,以打击假冒品.方法:收集不同来源的三七粉及其伪品26批,利用近红外光谱仪采集其近红外光谱,用二阶导数化(17点平滑) 加矢量归一法进行数据预处理,建立一致性鉴别模型.结果:该一致性鉴别模型能准确区分24批正品和2批伪品.结论:建立的检验模型能快速、准确地鉴别三七粉,便于药品快检车初筛使用.

Abstract:Objective:To establish Near infrared Qulitative model for Notoginseng Radix Et Rhizoma powder, attack counterfeit product. Methods:Collection of different sources of Notoginseng Radix Et Rhizoma powder and its adulterants in 26 batches, collecting the near infrared spectroscopy, using the second derive ative + vector normalization method for data preprocessing, set up qualitative model. Results: The qualitative model can accurately distinguish the 24 batch of genuine and 2 batches of counterfeit. Conclusion : Conclusion: the qualitative model can fast, accurately identify Notoginseng Radix Et Rhizoma powder, and it can be applied in rapid drug testing vehiches for extensive use.
