| 摘 要： | 目的：建立三七粉的近红外光谱技术判别模型,以打击假冒品.方法：收集不同来源的三七粉及其伪品26批,利用近红外光谱仪采集其近红外光谱,用二阶导数化（17点平滑） 加矢量归一法进行数据预处理,建立一致性鉴别模型.结果：该一致性鉴别模型能准确区分24批正品和2批伪品.结论：建立的检验模型能快速、准确地鉴别三七粉,便于药品快检车初筛使用.

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish Near infrared Qulitative model for Notoginseng Radix Et Rhizoma powder, attack counterfeit product. Methods：Collection of different sources of Notoginseng Radix Et Rhizoma powder and its adulterants in 26 batches, collecting the near infrared spectroscopy, using the second derive ative ＋ vector normalization method for data preprocessing, set up qualitative model. Results： The qualitative model can accurately distinguish the 24 batch of genuine and 2 batches of counterfeit. Conclusion ： Conclusion： the qualitative model can fast, accurately identify Notoginseng Radix Et Rhizoma powder, and it can be applied in rapid drug testing vehiches for extensive use. |
