腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术保守治疗输卵管妊娠疗效比较

目的对比观察腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术保守治疗输卵管妊娠的临床疗效。方法输卵管妊娠患者112例，随机分为两组，腹腔镜组67例，开腹组为45例。比较两组的手术时间、术后体温恢复正常时间、肛门排气时间及输卵管复通率、受孕率。结果腹腔镜组手术时间及术后体温恢复正常时间、肛门排气时间均明显短于开腹组，术中出血量明显少于开腹组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。术后2个月子宫输卵管碘油造影结果，腹腔镜组复通率明显高于开腹组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。1年内受孕情况比较，腹腔镜组受孕率明显高于腹腔镜组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠创伤小、出血少、住院时间短、恢复快，是要求保留生育功能的输卵管妊娠患者的最佳选择。

Comparison of treatment between abdominoscope conservative surgical management and laparotomy conservative surgical management for tuba! pregnancy

Objective To compare and observe the clinical effects between abdominoscope conservative surgical management and laparotomy conservative surgical management for tubal pregnancy.Methods From January 2007 to January 2008,112 cases of tubal pregnancy patients were randomly classified into two groups,which abdominoscope surgery with 67 cases and abdominal surgery with 45 cases.Results The operation time,body temperaturerecovery time and anus start deflation time in abdominoscope surgery group were significantly shorter than those in abdominal surgery group(P ＜ 0.05).The tubal patency rates and 1 year conception rates in abdominoscope surgery group were significantly higher than those in abdominal surgery group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Abdominoscope conservative surgical management treated tubal pregnancy is the best choice for those with breed requirement,which insult is small,bleeding amount is few,length of stay is short and recovery is quick.
