微创全髋关节置换OCM入路的初步临床应用

目的报道OCM入路微创全髋关节置换术的初步临床应用结果，及其与双切口入路的疗效比较。方法本研究分两组，OCM入路组20例，双切口入路组21例。记录术中、术后的出血量、手术时间，术后开始下床活动的时间、弃拐时间和术后3月Harris评分等。结果术中、术后出血量OCM入路组较少，但无显著性差异。手术时间、术后开始下床活动时间、患腿单足站立时间、弃拐时间OCM入路组明显缩短，但术后3月Harris评分并无明显差异。结论微创全髋关节置换OCM入路组的近期术后疗效明显。

Preliminary Clinical Comparison Between Minimally Invasive OCM Approach and Two-incision Total Hip Arthroplasty

Objective To report the early results of the preliminary clinical result of minimally invasive OCM approach with two-incision Total Hip Arthroplasty.Methods Two groups were included in this study.One group comprised 20 cases with the OCM approach while the other had 21 cases of the minimally-invasive two-incision approach.The intra-and post-operative bleeding volume,the time toleave bed and the time to walk without crutches were recorded.Results The intra-and postoperative bleeding volume was less in the OCM approach group than in the standard approach group,but there was no significant difference between them.The time of operation,intra-and postoperative bleeding volume in OCM approach group was significant less.The patients in the OCM approach group seem to leave the bed earlier,walk independently earlier ssignificantly.Conclusion The short-term result of the OCM approach group is better than that of the minimally invasive two-incision group.
