舍曲林治疗儿童情绪障碍

【目的】应用舍曲林对儿童情绪障碍 31例进行研究 ,探讨该药物的有效性和安全性。【方法】符合ICD 10这个标准的 31例儿童情绪障碍患儿按年龄舍曲林剂量分别为 2 5～ 15 0mg/d ,平均 5 6 .6 7mg/d ,治疗8周 ;分别于治疗前、治疗后 1周、2周、1个月、2个月使用儿童大体评定量表 (CGAS)评定障碍的严重程度 ,并用副反应量表 (TESS)评定药物的副反应。【结果】31例患者之治疗前CGAS评分 4 9.19± 7.11,治疗后 2周有不同程度好转 ;治疗 2个月有 2 7例 (87% )CGAS评分≥ 70 (达正常范围 )。研究结束时临床疗效痊愈 9例 ,显进 14例 ,有效率为 74 % ,好转 7例 (2 3% )。副反应发生 11例 (35 % ) ,无因副反应而中断治疗者。【结论】舍曲林是一种治疗儿童情绪障碍的有效药物 ;副反应轻微 ,大多数儿童均能耐受 ,安全性较好。

The Efficacy of Sertraline in the Treatment of Child Mood Disorder

Objectives]To evaluate the efficacy and safety of sertraline in the treatment of child mood disorders.Thirty-one patients with child mood disorder were treated by sertraline. Children global assessment scale (CGAS) was used to assess the severity of the disorder before treatment and one week, two weeks, four weeks, eight weeks after treatment separately. Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale was used to assess the side effect after treatment.CGAS score of 27 (87%) cases was more than 70 after two monthes treatment. Nine cases were fully recovered, 14 cases obviously progressed, 7 cases improved. There were 11 cases with side effect.[Conclusion]Sertraline is an efficient and safe psychopharmacologic treatment of child mood disorder. Side effect is very mild and most patients can tolerate.
