| 摘 要： | 目的观察他汀类药物在肾小球疾病中的非降脂作用,为临床治疗肾小球疾病选择他汀类药物提供依据。方法将64例慢性肾炎患者随机分成2组,非辛伐他汀组32例,辛伐他汀组32例,观察治疗前后各组患者尿蛋白的变化。结果辛伐他汀组24h尿蛋白下降的水平与辛伐他汀组治疗前以及非辛伐他汀组相比,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论他汀类药物能够降低某些肾小球疾病的尿蛋白量。
