In the last 25 years the hospital reformation has been stepping into three mistaken areas, i.e., Supporting the medical treatment/hospital by medicine, the relationship between medical care provider and patient is commercialized, and reformation of medical care system is industrialized. All these make medical fees increasing too fast and the relationship between medical care provider and patient intense. In hospital reformation a decision should be made between the guidance of government and market guidance, between medical treatment/hospital supports itself and medicine selling supports medical treatment/hospital, and between the partnership of medical care provider as health protector & patients as protected and the economical benefit.
