紫外分光光度法测定酚酞片含量的不确定度评定

摘    要:目的:评定以紫外分光光度法测定酚酞片含量的不确定度。方法:根据《测量不确定度评定与表示》,并参考《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》,对酚酞片的含量测定进行测量不确定度的分析与评定。结果:扩展不确定度为1.0%,相对扩展不确定度为1.0%,含量测定结果可表示为(97.0±1.0)%。结论:严格按照操作规范,尽可能减少稀释过程影响,可有效降低引入的不确定度,保证测定结果准确。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the uncertainty in the determination of the content of phenolphthalein tablet by UV spectrophotometry.METHODS:The uncertainty in the determination of the content of phenolphthalein tablet was analyzed and evaluated based on"Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty Measurement"and the"Manual of Uncertainty Evaluation in Chemical Analysis".RESULTS:Both the expanded uncertainty U95 and the relative expanded uncertainty Urel were 1.0%.The content of phenolphthalein tablet was(97.0±1.0)%.CONCLUSION:The introduced uncertainty can be effectively reduced and the determination result can be ensured by strictly following the operation standards and trying to reduce the influence of the dilution process.
