缺氧对大脑皮层锥体细胞影响的实验研究

摘    要:本研究采用成年健康家犬10条(实验性缺氧8条,正常对照2条).观察了在缺氧情况下大脑皮层锥体细胞内酶的组织化学变化.结果表明:琥珀酸脱氢酶(SOH)、单胺氧化酶(MAO)和三磷酸腺苷醒人ATPase的活性降低;乳酸脱氢酶(LOH)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)和乙酰胆碱脂酶(AchE)的活性增强.HE染色,两组间均无明显的细胞形态学变化.说明大脑皮层神经细胞内酶的活性变化对缺氧是极其敏感的.

Abstract:In the Present study, 10 healthy adult camine were selected and treated with enzyme histochemieal method in two groups, the expermenta anoxia group and the normal one .We observed the histochemieal changes of the enzymes in the Pyramidal cells in cerebral cortex under the condition of anoxia .The results demonstarted that the activity of SDH,MAO, ATPase decreased while the activity of LDH, A CP and AchE increased. Treated by means of HE dyeing, no obvious morphological changes were seen in this two groups .This showed that the activity of enzymes in the cells of cerebral cortex was very susceptible to anoxia
