| 摘 要： | 关节软骨的自身修复能力十分有限,临床上修复方法很多,自体骨软骨移植术是治疗软骨缺损的新方法。手术从关节的非负重区取圆柱状的骨软骨,植入负重区的软骨缺损处,重建了负重区关节面的完整和力学特性,具有创伤小、见效快、成本低、无免疫反应及疾病传播的风险,临床上中长期随访疗效显著,是治疗中小型膝关节软骨缺损的理想方法。但自体骨软骨移植术仍有其局限性,随着组织工程技术的发展,这一问题将得到解决。
