学习贯彻《指导意见》 促进妇幼卫生事业健康发展

在学习贯彻《关于城镇医药卫生体制改革的指导意见》中,首先应明确妇幼卫生工作在卫生事业以至 经济和社会发展中的重要地位。人均期望寿命、孕产妇死亡率、５岁以下儿童死亡率３项指标,是衡量经济发展和社会 进步的重要指标。湖北省根据医药卫生体制改革的总体目标,结合本省实际,对妇幼保健机构的稳定发展作出了具体规 定,并提出逐步建立符合社会主义市场经济需要的妇幼保健服务模式。为了营造妇幼卫生事业发展的良好环境,用好用 足国家的有关政策,湖北省通过调查研究,明确了９６项妇幼保健公共卫生服务项目,测算了服务项目的成本,并与近 年来财政补助额度作了比较分析,以便争取财政补助到位。

While studing and carring out "Duiding Opinion on the System Reforming of Medical Health in Cities and Town",we should define at first the important position of MCH in health cause and economic and social development. Percapita life expectancy, impregnation and death rate of the children under 5 years old are the important indexes measuring the economic development and social progress. According to the whole goal of the system reforming of medical health and the actual situation in Hubei province, some specific regulation concerning steadily development MCH have been laid down and some MCH service model meeting the need of the socialist market-oriented economy have been given out and set up. In order to become the good environment of developing MCH and making full use of state policies, 96 service courses about MCH and public health have been definited and developed in prectice.
