鼻敏片对豚鼠变应性鼻炎动物模型血浆中P物质的影响

摘    要:目的研究中成药鼻敏片对变应性鼻炎豚鼠血浆中P物质的影响.方法将60只豚鼠随机分为6组,即正常组、模型组、对照组、治疗组(鼻敏片分高、中、低剂量各1组)共6组,以TDI鼻内给药法建立鼻超敏反应动物模型,息斯敏为对照,血浆P物质为指标,观察鼻敏片的作用.结果模型组血浆P物质含量高于正常组,鼻敏片中、高剂量组均能有效降低血浆P物质的含量,息斯敏组及鼻敏片低剂量组血浆P物质含量改变不明显.结论鼻敏片通过降低血浆P物质的含量,对变应性鼻炎发挥治疗作用.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the pharmacological effects of Bimin Tablets (BMT)on substance P (SP) in the plasma of guinea pigs with experimentally induced allergic rhinitis(AR). Methods 60 guinea pigs were prepared as AR models at first and another 10 animalswere taken as blank controls (BCG). Then, the modeling animals were randomly divided into 5groups, i. e. model controlling group (MCG ), positive controlling group (PCG) treated withastemizole and 3 treating groups(TGs) with different dosages of BMT. The contents of SP weredetermined and compared among all the groups by the end of experiment. Results The SP levelwas significantly higher in MCG than that in BCG (P<0.05). In contrast, the contents of SP inTGs with higher and moderate dosages of BMT were significantly lower than that in BCG (PM<0.01). However, the contents of SP in PCG and TG with lower dosage of BMT were remained atthe levels similar to that of MCG (P<0. 05). Conclusion BMT is effective for the treatment ofAR via this mechanism to decrease the content of SP in plasma.
