BiPAP呼吸机在急性左心衰患者中的应用

目的观察BiPAP呼吸机面罩正压通气治疗急性左心衰的临床疗效。方法对30例急性左心衰患者,在常规药物抗心衰治疗基础上联用BiPAP呼吸机面罩正压通气治疗,测定动脉血pH、PaO2、SaO2、PaCO2,观察血压、心率、呼吸及临床症状,并进行相关分析。同时与30例常规药物治疗组相对照。结果BiPAP组所有患者临床症状明显改善,总有效率100%;心率、呼吸频率较治疗前降低;PaO2与治疗前比较增高。对照组总有效率为80%。结论BiPAP呼吸机正压通气治疗急性左心衰起效迅速。

Application of BiPAP mechanical ventilation to patients with acute left ventricular failure

ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of Bi-level positive airway pressure(BiPAP)mechanical ventilation by facial mask on acute left ventricular failure(ALVF).Methods Thirty patients with ALVF were treated by BiPAP mechanical ventilation and traditional drugs,major physiological data were recorded before and after treatment.Other 30 patients were treated with conventional drugs alone,and the results were compared with those of BiPAP group.ResultsAfter treatment,dyspnea was ameliorated in all patients.The overall effective rate was 100% in BiPAP group,whereas it was only 80% in control group.In BiPAP group,the heart rate,respiratory rate and mean blood pressure were all improved.Analysis of blood gas showed that PaO 2 and SaO 2 increased significantly,but pH and PaCO2 did not show any significant changes.Conclusion BiPAP mechanical ventilation therapy is feasible and effective on ALVF.
