丝光绿蝇幼虫饲料改进

目的 比较两种幼虫饲料对室内饲养丝光绿蝇的影响。方法 将丝光绿蝇分成两组,以两种人工配制的幼虫饲料进行室内饲养,一种幼虫饲料不加鱼粉,改进的饲料中添加鱼粉,对室内饲养的两组丝光绿蝇第二代部分指标进行比较。结果 添加鱼粉组丝光绿蝇室内第二代蛹羽化率与不加鱼粉组元显著性差异,添加鱼粉组蛹重、蛹长、成蝇头宽、产卵次数等指标显著大于不加鱼粉组。结论 添加鱼粉的幼虫饲料有利于丝光绿蝇的生长发育。

Improvement of larval diet for Lucilia sericata

Objective To improve the larval diet for the blowfly Lucilia sericata. Methods The blowfly Lucilia sericata were divided into two groups, one were reared by an artifical diet which mainly made up of wheat bran, the other by imporved diet, to which the main modification was adding fish meal, after reared in laboratory, the characters of the second generation such as rate of emergence, pupal weigth, pupal length, head width of adult and frequency of oviposition were compared between the two groups. Results The results showed that, above ones, except rate of emergence, had remarkabld differences between the two groups after t-test. Conclusion It has been suggest that the modified larval diet could favour the growth and development of the blowfly.
