CDK2蛋白在胆管细胞癌中的表达及临床意义

目的探讨细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶2（cycle protein dependent activating enzyme 2,CDK2）在胆管细胞癌中的表达及临床意义。方法收集武汉大学人民医院病理科2002/2008年胆管细胞癌存档蜡块40例,其中男性20例,女性20例。另取胆管细胞癌周围正常组织5例作对照。采用免疫组织化学方法检测各组中CDK2蛋白的表达,利用HPIAS-1000图像分析系统测定各组中CDK2蛋白表达的平均光密度和平均阳性面积率。结果胆管细胞癌中CDK2蛋白呈高表达,对照组中CDK2蛋白呈低表达,两组CDK2表达的平均光密度及阳性面积率有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论CDK2蛋白在胆管细胞癌的发生和发展过程中起了重要作用。

Expression and Clinical Significance of CDK2 Protein in Cholangiocarcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of cycle protein dependent activating enzyme 2 （CDK2） in cholangiocarcinoma.Methods Specimens from 40 cases （20 males and 20 females） with cholangiocarcinoma from 2002 to 2008 were collected from Pathology Department in Renmin Hospital,Wuhan University.Five adjacent normal tissue samples were as control.The expression level of CDK2 protein was detected by immunohistochemical S-P staining.Average optical density and positive area rates of CDK2 expression were measured by HPIAS-1000 image analysis system.Results The expression levels of CDK2 protein in 40 cholangiocarcinoma samples were significantly higher than in control （P0.05）.Conclusion The CDK2 protein played the importance role in the occurrence and development of cholangiocarcinoma.
